When you invest with Paragon, you get more than just a property. We're dedicated to providing a true end-to-end service, so we include a dedicated aftersales service when you purchase to assist you in the completion of any legal requirements to avoid any unnecessary delays.
With approved panels of solicitors, mortgage brokers, specialist lenders and structuring experts, we will ensure your purchase is easy, and that your investment is as profitable as possible from day one.
After reserving your investment.
Following reservation of your property, our aftersales team will be in touch to help you arrange solicitors, lenders, or tax advisors for you to exchange on your property. Throughout the build, you will have a dedicated point of contact that will send you regular updates on the progress of the development and make you aware of key dates and any actions you need to take.
Our aftersales team will be able to assist with:

- Structuring experts and tax advisors
After the completion of your investment.
Upon completion, our Investor Services team will take over. They will arrange all the necessary details for us to pay you your returns and send you regular statements detailing how your investment is performing - including information around the tenancy of the property and any maintenance repairs or work that has needed to be done.
As well as keeping you up to date on your current investment with us, our Investor Services team will also make you aware of any new opportunities that would complement and enhance your portfolio. When the time comes to resell your property, our Investor Services team will be on hand to facilitate the sale and secure a new buyer for the property.
