Andrew is an experienced property developer and business leader. In his career he has purchased over 65 sites and delivered over 15,000 apartments, including 5,000 BTR units and 6000 PBSA units, creating over £3 billion in GDV.

Neil has delivered developments ranging from £21 million & 100 dwellings to £130 million & 500 dwellings. He's created Institutional Forward Funding packages, joint ventures, and Land Sales, supporting the delivery of over 12,000 new homes across the UK.

Property Director

Pamela holds 10 years of experience in senior leadership roles for Facilities Management within a FTSE 100 company, including business park management, prestigious head office accommodation, and over 500 operational buildings.

Anne-Marie has a distinguished history in Procurement & Corporate Services, having delivered over £2 million in cost reductions and savings, rationalised supply chains by 80%, and established preferred Supplier Relationships and SLA's into a variety of businesses.

Imran is a 'Big 4' trained auditor, with 25 years post-qualified experience. He has set up internal audit functions for UK AIMS-listed companies, set up purchase and investment governance frameworks, and managed corporate restructuring.

Michael holds a degree in quantity surveying and commercial management and started his career in this field before transitioning to development management. Previously, he has held Quantity Surveying, Development Surveyor and Development Manager roles.

Working for My Apartments, Paragon's in-house Lettings and Property Management company, Chris has been directly involved in the delivery of nine new developments, leading teams to fill and maintain them. He also led and supported the implementation of various new systems to support Maintenance, Inventories, CRM, and Finance.

Holding 20 years of accounts experience across various sectors, Natalie monitors the day-to-day running of the team ,ensuring correct policies are followed.
