My Apartments is Paragon's sister company, providing lettings, property management, and block management services to offer a full in-house service.

With dedicated teams focusing on each department, they all work together to offer a full service, finding good residents for a development, ensuring all legislations are adhered to throughout the tenancy and the management, as well as keeping the building itself up to standard and within regulation.

Lettings Team

My Apartments' in-house lettings team focus on letting properties off-plan, keeping void periods to a minimum, and maximising income from day one of completion. Handling over 2,000 enquiries each month, our lettings team focus on matching the right enquiry to our portfolio of developments to secure happy, long-term residents.


With a 98% occupancy rate, My Apartments is a leading letting agent with ARLA qualifications that has over 20 years of experience in the industry.

Property Management Team

Each of our developments across our portfolio has a dedicated Property Manager that residents and investors can contact for any queries. Our Property Management team focus on maintaining the quality and environment of their development, as well as improving the well-being of residents to create the best living space to nurture long-term tenancies.

They also work to ensure that all legislation is adhered to, and that tenancies are managed in line with any new compliance changes, ensuring all laws and legislations are correctly updated and applied across every development.

Block Management Team

Our Internal Block Management team provide a dedicated Block Manager as a point of contact for each of our developments, ensuring that the building is kept safe, secure, and well-managed with regular inspections, fire risk assessments, and both maintenance and facilities management.

With a RICS-regulated team of experts, Northern Block Management is also accredited by TPI, MIWFM, and NEBOSH - ensuring that all needs and services are met to the highest service.
